Meet Michael - Massage Educator & Bodywork Professional
Combining therapeutic massage and movement-based strategies to help people move better, reduce pain, and better understand their bodies.

From Army Service to Helping People Heal
After serving as an infantryman in the Army, I found a new mission: helping people move better, reduce pain, and take control of their physical health.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Colorado Springs, I combine therapeutic massage with corrective movement strategies to support long-term improvement in mobility and function. My work focuses not just on temporary relief, but on understanding the underlying factors contributing to tension, discomfort, and movement limitations.

Why I Do This Work
Helping people feel better in their bodies is deeply meaningful work. Over time, I've seen how pain, stress, and movement dysfunction can affect nearly every part of a person's life, from posture and mobility to overall confidence and well-being.
My goal is not just to provide temporary relief, but to understand what may be contributing to discomfort and movement limitations. By combining skilled manual therapy with movement-based strategies, I work to help people move better, reduce pain, and regain confidence in their bodies.
I'm also passionate about education, both for the people I work with and for other therapists. Understanding Pain, movement, and manual therapy is just as important as the treatment itself.
Outside the Treatment Room
When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, going to the gym, and spending time with my family. I'm passionate about continuing education and committed to living what I teach by practicing movement, breathwork, and mindful recovery as part of my daily life.
